In modern industrial kitchens suction installations improve the environment health and make them more comfortable. To obtain such results we design installations calculating the precise suction power and the suitable fresh air flow. In addition we provide them with silent extractor fan combined with revolution regulator.
All our wall hoods or ceiling hoods are provided with a perimetral condensate collection system collecting fats and condensate coming from the filters and the hood itself.
Our hoods are produced in inox steel AISI 304 with finishing Scotch Brite; all Scaminox hoods are marked by rounded edges for a greater safety of the operator. In addition they are provided with ad hoc supports to fix them on the wall.
Over the past few years we have developed a new range of Balanced Flow Hoods: this hood line improves the flow of cooking fumes towards the filters, in addition it reduces considerably the energy cost both for heating and conditioning.

The Balanced Flow Hoods are provided with two independent circuits (in and out), this enables the exit of cooking fumes and the reintegration of fresh and clean air in.

Our company is also focused on the production of new systems of UV purification with ultraviolet rays and activated carbons. It is thus possible to eliminate any kind of bad odors related to cooking. Scaminox helps its clients to choose the right suction system and also helps you with the installation of the exhaust fumes chimney.
